Ashley Capel - Board Member

Ashley Capel is a North Carolinian living in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. She is passionate about health and wellness, health education, and serving her community. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and most recently served as a school nurse supervisor. She is also a Certified Health Educator with a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University. Mrs. Capel is a Sr. Director and team leader in her partnership with Beautycounter since 2017. She's the mother of three boys, the wife to a college basketball coach, and enjoys reading, photography, and picking fresh flowers in her "free" time!

Ciatta claggett - Board Member

Ciatta Claggett is a native of the DMV and is passionate about sustainable living practices. She is currently working as a Project Manager at S&J Service, Inc.; an MBE subcontracting company in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area that specializes in utility construction. Ms. Claggett majored in Operations and Supply Chain Management and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Sustainability in the Built Environment from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Yasmine Malone - Board Member

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, but currently resides in Sandy Springs, GA. Yasmine is a former Track & Field collegiate athlete. She started her collegiate career at University of Nebraska at Omaha and finished at Albany State University, a glorious HBCU in Southwest Georgia. Yasmine is passionate about clean beauty… so much so, she partnered with Beautycounter to launch her clean beauty business in 2017 after learning the ugly truth about the skincare and cosmetics industry; particularly how it disproportionately impacts the BIPOC community. She wanted to lend her voice to the movement and not only educate women and men in her community, but also wanted to offer a solution to the problem. In addition to her thriving Beautycounter business, Yasmine has spent the last 16 years of her professional career working in Supply Chain Management; primarily in the Medical Device industry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 4 year old son, family/friends, playing soccer, and encouraging them all to live healthier active lives.

Shea Richburg - Board Member

An internationally recognized parenting expert, Shea Richburg has partnered with large corporations to strategically facilitate their employee's happiness, awareness, healthy, and productive relationships with their children. This career maverick has transformed lives by providing clients with the tools they need to achieve unlimited success. She is the author of Amazon’s bestselling book Worthless Mommy: How to Have Your Child Love You Forever and her newest, Worthless Mommy 2:0. (Expectant 2020 in 2013, her book, Worthless Mommy, reached Amazon’s best seller’s list within the first month of publishing. She was featured on Dr. Oz for the parent’s healthy snacking segment and is a contributing journalist for one of the top parenting magazines. Shea is the President & Co-founder of NJ Family Con, tri-state area’s largest family convention, an annual one of a kind experience that creates Happiness, Health, and Prosperity for those who attend. Family Con was established to create an environment where families come together, enjoy the experience, learn the latest parenting trends & make everlasting memories. She is the co-founder of Future Wise Group, a future-focused business consulting firm working with startups, mid-size companies, and government agencies to build durable mindsets and skill sets into their organizational DNA.

Hannah McCall - Founder

Hannah McCall is a dynamic humanist and dedicated nonprofit founder with a background in DEI program management, playing a crucial role in fostering inclusive environments and championing social justice causes. As the founder of Clean Beauty for Black Girls, she advocates for clean and safe beauty products tailored to the needs of Black women, empowering them through education. Her thought-provoking writings reflect her commitment to addressing societal issues, offering valuable insights and actionable solutions. As an educator and motivator, she champions ways for Black women to rise above stereotypes, putting health and success first while actively connecting and supporting them through Clean Beauty for Black Girls.
